Enjoy a beautiful day on Bokanbotin Island with access to our common house with an equipped kitchen, separate men’s and women’s bathrooms, large outdoor tent, BBQ area, and fun beach. Perfect for romantic escapes, family outings, retreats, meetings, and celebrations.
Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Policy • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. • Accepted payments: cash, checks, cards, bank transfers, and approved digital platforms. • An 8% RMI Government Hotel/Resort Tax applies to all bookings. • A 3% processing fee applies to PayPal and credit card payments; bank transfers and cash have no fees. • Rates may change until payment is completed. 2. House Rules • Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. • No smoking indoors; dispose of cigarette waste properly. • Only registered, paid visitors may access the island. • Respect shared spaces and guest privacy. • Illegal substances and disruptive behavior are prohibited. 3. Environmental Policy • Bokanbotin is a marine protected area; no fishing or collecting marine life. • Do not anchor on reefs or touch, stand on, or break corals. • Do not cut or remove plants. • Dispose of trash in designated bins. • Conserve water and clean up before leaving. 4. Damage & Loss • Guests are responsible for damage to rooms, furnishings, or equipment. • Fees may apply for lost or damaged items. • The resort is not responsible for unattended belongings. 5. Child & Minor Policy • Children must be supervised at all times. • Parents/guardians are responsible for minors’ safety and behavior. • No jumping or diving from the pier. • No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. 6. Pet Policy • Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. • Service animals are welcome with documentation. 7. Photography & Media • General resort photos may include guests in non‑identifiable ways. • Identifiable images will not be used without consent. 8. Transport & Transfers • Boat transfers are weather‑dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled. • Arrive at the pickup point on time; missed transfers are non‑refundable. • Follow all safety instructions from staff. 9. Safety & Liability • Guests participate in activities at their own risk. • Some activities may require a waiver. • Resort is not liable for injuries due to negligence, natural conditions, or ignoring safety rules. • In emergencies, follow staff directions. 10. Cancellation Policy • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. • Cancellations within 7 days and no‑shows are charged 100% of the reservation, including pre‑paid services. • Refunds are processed manually within 3–5 business days with confirmation sent once issued. • The resort is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control. • We will assist with rescheduling when possible.
