We understand that plans change. Below is our policy on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for stays at Bokanbotin Island Resort. If you have any questions, contact us directly, and we'll help where we can.
Cancellation Timing
More than 7 days before arrival: Free cancellation. No fees, full refund of any payments made.
Within 7 days of arrival: Cancellations are charged 100% of the reservation, including any prepaid services.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice are charged 100% of the reservation, including pre-paid services.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed manually within 3 to 5 business days of the cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation from us once the refund has been issued. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account after that depends on your bank or card provider.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
The resort is not responsible for cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, flight cancellations, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events. In these situations, we'll do our best to help you reschedule.
Rescheduling
If your plans change but you'd still like to visit, let us know. We're happy to help you reschedule your stay to a future date when possible, subject to availability.
